Solare Eggs

leopi Sep 13, 2005 06:32 PM

My Solare laid 10 eggs on september 7. I put them in a home made incubatos at 30ºC (86ºF), with 70% relative humidity in humid vermiculite. Today 6 eggs shows something hairy, like white cotton, and the shell is yellowish. The other 4 eggs look good, lake white chicken egg.

What I´m doing wrong? What can i do to succesfully incubate them?

Thank´s in advance.

This sounds like too much humidity, is there air coming inot the incubator or is it all closed up? The eggs possibly might not be viable, I think Cable could answer this question since he has worked with eggs. Just guess on my part but thats what it sounds like.
