I am THRILLED to say that we just got ELECTRICITY! YEA!!!! One of the happiest moments of my life! Thank you all for your emails, phone calls, offers to help, and concerns. They were all truly appreciated! I am SO glad we can now start to get things straightened up again.

There are still MANY people out there without electricity so hopefully they'll get to everyone very soon.

Whew...after a little over two weeks of cold showers, I'm going to go take a HOT one now!

we never had a hurricane here in holland, but seeing the pictures off it,and the news on tv, made me realise what nature can do.

My ex's family is still without electricity...while I am sorry for his family's misfortune, and indeed everyone who has suffered through this ordeal, there is an itty-bitty naughty part of me that wants to smile over his cold showers..shamefull as that may be.
