Certainly more hypo than normal, but not extreme. The extreme has that strange color I cant describe, really neat.

I love that one, I have not seen a better tricolor Extreme yet and being possible het anery and albino that is hard to beat. Can't wait to see what it produces in the next few years.
Kind Regards,
Adam

Thanks Adam,

I can't wait to see myself what comes out of this guy.It will be interesting to see if he passes on his looks in the future.

Yes like that one. It is an interesting color. I personally like the orange tangys more though.

Sorry I didnt have time to stop by your booth at NARBC to say hi Shannon. Im not sure if you were there when I went by, I meant to return but didnt get to. I was meaning to pick up a new male breeder to go with my tangy female, but I passed them up for a new honduran boa female.

Actually I was there on Saturday. So was it a slow show? Didnt seem too crowded to me. I want to sell there next year, but I dont want to leave with anything I didnt purchase. I dont really want to ship so I would like to sell out at the show.

Shannon,

There is no doubt about this one! Even if it wasn't such a great close up, you couldn't miss it. And exciting possibilities for future projects, unless... you have some pictures of some holdbacks you could share with us. You know, with all your extra time (LOL).

Take care, Tom.

I think he is getting better all the time.I can't wait to see what he produces in the future.I would love to put him back to his mom some day?so maybe we will work something out down the road?

Jim

I can see the grey-purplish color in the bands. Can you post a close up? Awesome snake. Have you heard of a "super"? I think it is a snake that has fewer than 12 triads prior to the vent. Does this snake qualify? If it does, that would make it a Super Tri-color Extreme Hypo Honduran!!! Now that's exciting!!!

Take care, Tom.

I couldn't resist the chance to post a picture of my '04 tri-color hypo that I have trademarked as a "TRI-COLOR DREAM".

Rtdunham Sep 14, 2005 12:02 PM

the head's the biggest clue i look at, and then the bands that would have been black on a normal. A snake that's ugly OR pretty could have very greatly reduced pigment in those areas, and be an extreme. i think in this case yours is a great tricolor hypo, but it doesn't look like an extreme to me, but that's just one opinion. regardless, it's got an outstanding pattern, fantastic looking animal.

Although not quite what could be considered ""Extreme"", I would go as far as saying it's extremely nice. How much, ha ha.

Dan.
