Mouth goo

Hello everyone. Im just curious if any one has ever noticed a slimey goo around the back part of the edge of a beardies mouth?
Today was the first time I have seen this on my little guy in the 2 months I have had him. I noticed this "goo" after giving him a bath, it looks kinda like a whitish clear jelly on both sides of his mouth, it wipes away without any problem. Im going to be keeping a close eye on him for the next few day for sure. I am probably just worried about nothing.
Also has anyone ever seen small pieces of greens getting stuck in the corner of their beards mouths? Maybe both issues are the same problem, he might just be a messy eater. Thank you
