I know just how you feel, this is my first year with hatchling corns. I get excited each time one pops its head out. It makes everything worthwhile.

Congrates.
Is this late in the year for baby corns? I ask because got my during the summer and thought they only bred like one particular month or so.

It depends on if they double clutch. I still have one that needs to lay eggs, she should lay around the end of Sep.

Yes , Its late bute my snakes didnt come out of hibernation this year until end of march. They didnt lay their first clutch until the 4th of July, and I didnt double clutch them since it was their first time.

Okay thanks. I have never bred anything myself so wasnt sure about the hibernation, etc.

I hope I stay as excited for every clutch.
This was my second season. I have had around 115 or 116 babies hatch and I was excited every time I found one hatching or already hatched.
I guess if it is no longer enjoyable it is time to move on to something else.
