I think that your biggest concern here is if grass has been fertilized or treated with some chemical. I wouldn't use it as a main staple (of course) but i'm pretty sure a little nibble won't hurt.

My girl likes to eat the dried leaves outside so I don't think a little grass will hurt. I try to keep her from eating the leaves but their like kids they'll put anything in their mouths lol.
They do sell pet grass at places like petco, that are free from chemicals and some dragons do eat it. Mine never did, however, and all she used it for was a pillow. Hence, the photo below.Despite watering it, it dried out under her uvb lights and basking light, but she still insisted on using it as a pillow.
