Wounded Panther-need feedback

kenscreatures Sep 14, 2005 11:56 AM

Hello One of my adult male panthers looks like He got cut halfway up the tail. I might have closed the door on it. I dont know of any other way it couldd have happened. Its a little raw and it looks like its a fresh wound. What can I clean it with?
Is there any thing else I can put on it to help this guy.

thanks
Ken

Take it to a exotic qualified vet asap. Cuts like this are too serious for you to simply "put something on it to help"

Thanks for the advice but I put Hydrogen peroxide with a q tip and after it was cleaned I put Neosporin and BOY does it look better. That really did the trick
