I have been reading about how females that have been raised since hatchlings have been laying eggs after 10 years of being kept alone. I suppose that since some reptiles do this under certain conditions, it is possible but still probably a fraud.
Here's one that defies any explanation so far too. I have a female that I bred to my cinnamon several times throughout the year. She finally ovulated about 2 months ago. She shed August 14th. I expected after that she would lay eggs september 13th-ish. Then something strange happened. She shed again September 5. I just chocked it up to a false start, or a fluke that she shed so close to her pre-lay shed, and then decided that she would probably lay eggs around October 4th, and I might have hatchlings on New Year's day. Well guess what. I just popped in to check on her last night when I was feeding some others, and she was curled around a clutch of 8 perfect eggs. That explains why she was so snappy a few days ago(she's never tried to bite a single time in the last 2 years).
Kind of strange to me. I'm thinking about contacting the Catholic church and seeing if this counts as my first miracle.

but, Sorry Nope, it gotta be imaculate conception
