my med. lg. snow bull shed last night and the shed had blood at the back hole. it looked like it had pulled out its spurs or is it some bloody sperm plugs or some thing???thanks alot for any help!!i can take some pics of the shed.

Little bidy spots of blood at the vent on the shed skin ONLY? If so, I wouldn't be too concerned. That's probably from the musk glands and isn't uncommon. Many snakes - kingsnakes more than Pituophis, granted - can musk blood voluntarily.
