I know this is not good, what should I do??

I have seen that with hatchlings. It can be just a genetic defect in the parents genes. The babies can definately grow up happy and healthy. As long as they are eating and seem to be healthy i wouldnt exterminate them. It seems sensless to do that unless they are not functiuoning normally. Good luck with them.

if they eat they will live and outgrow the odd head.....

they don't eat there may be a problem....

it happens alot......

some make it some don't I guess.......

I agree, (although I cannot distinguish the abnormality in the picture). I would take them out of any future breeding programs though, and send them to homes as a pet.
