those who had pastels did not sell the offspring, but instead, waited until they were producing supers and then started selling both in a "controlled" release of animals?

that would make way too much sence. people have forgotten that the reason you make pastels, is so you can make super pastels and make crosses, not make 10,000 pastels. Josh Hutto

LOL - that would take entirely too long - most people pick up pastels to quickly reproduce and sell so they can buy something more expensive and then eventually that holdback female from the first clutch will be big enough to breed and they can make their own super to breed and cross and sell. At least thats what I'm learning.
