personally I never used them but I wouldn't use them. I really dont' see how such small worms could be good for small dragons, giving the ratio of chitin to 'meat' on these worms. One or two people here have used them that mentioned it and if I recall they found the dragons eat them quite eagerly, but they didn't notice a huge increase in growth. In fact, the dragons eat alot more of the mini worms and the cost would be high. Such small worms are not filling.

Another person had asked for more information about these worms from the dealer and if I recall correctly, they never really received any details.

Silkworms are a very good insect for bearded dragons, are not as expensive and go a long way. they are also easy to keep and breed, so in the long run, their cost stays low. Only main expense is buying silkworm chow regularly.

thanks!

that's pretty much what i thought, i'm hoping to start up a silkie or roach colony sometime soon, just trying to justify it for one beardie... i could about flip a coin on costs right now, but i'm leaning toward raising my own.

thanks again!
