Was to have received an order (paid in advance via PayPal)while in the states over two weeks ago... I sent out five e-mails to:
The_Boaphile@theboaphile.com and have not recieved any reply whatsoever. As no one is answering the phone, I'm a bit concerned, especially since I'm here in Italy now.
Has any one had similiar experiences, and is there any current contact information or any "customer service" number, etc. Very unusual...
