i was away on vacation,,,about the cage, once again this picture does no justice, the size again is 8x4x3, made out of all plexi glass and wood, (evan the top so you can look down into the cage) this picture was when i first built the cage, since then i put alot more trees and plants in the cage , a new land area, and some vines from the top hangin down( new pics once i get my digital back from my mother) the water area is a foot deep, the tank holds approximatly 185 gallons. water temps are in the 80s and 90s depending on the humidity in my room, the land area is 3 feet by 4 feet, ans is mounted on an angle iinto the water so that he can swim right out of the water onto the land , yet provides a great hiding spot for him to swim underneath, inwhich he can breath easily because of the angle. Its his favorite hide. And as for the filter its a fluval, forget the number but it turms the water over many times per hour , and keeps the water SUPER clean. If you have any questions just let me know

That pen Looks great -
Heres a couple of shots of mine with my big male gomeck -

Gomeck the caiman and Osceola the American alligator

You can see my bed on the left, along with the smaller of the 2 larger pond in the big pen - The structure on the right is where the 2 smaller animals live -

The larger of the 2 "large" caimans -

,...meaning his markings are light beige, almost white, and he has more white than black. He's a stunning little man. Needless to say I named him after the magnificent male salty that died several years ago of heart disease. I forget what zoo he was at, but it was in Florida, and he was reputed to be about 17 foot 10 inches. I have another blondie that I named "Yai".

Pretty cool - I would love to see pictures of him -
I have a "blonde" female Spec, named Ra - My friend in fun, calls her the "creamsicle" croc
-

She's beautiful. She looks just like my old "wallygator" that I got in 1977. He was a stunning looking specticled, very cream like this. I lost him one winter when the pond/environment heating system malfunctioned in 1988.
