well my roughneck wont touch thawed and warmed mice , but it will eat live mice like it was going out of style, i really want him to start eating pre-killed so does anyone have any advice on a way to go about this, im sure if he doesnt eat for long enough he will probably start to eat pre killed but i dont want to starve him, anything is helpful, maybe he will just be stubborn and never get use to pre killed

kill them yourself first. frozen just dont smell right all the time. plus if it is still twitching he may take it. just grab the head and tail, and give it a firm jerk. it dislocates the spine. i know it doesnt sound like much fun but once he takes those then try some frozen.

Or like i do with my Ball python´s mice...grab it by the tail and slam it on hard floor, or table...still leaves the twitching for some time

yea i use to put them in a paper bag and smack them against a hard object like a door or wall , it seems to work nicely but every once and awile you hit them to hard and you can hear there skull crunch ,
