14 month-old male Sunglow

B2 Berg Sep 17, 2005 02:15 PM

Watching these creatures develop is almost as much fun as finding them born. This is a photo recently sent to me from the person I sold the animal to, showing it's current coloration.

This is Sunglow male #6, produced here last July 28th from a breeding of my proven '98 female albino (Rick Stanlius stock) and my '99 proven DH male (Rich Ihle).

I noted the parents to underscore that, to the best of my knowledge, there is no coral blood in this animal....even though he certainly is leaning that way.

The '98 female albino dame also produced my litter of '02 DH for Sunglows, which many of your have.

I know this year Dave Lee produced some nice Sunglows out of his '02 DH female. The line out of my '98 female albino is characterized by very thin, even saddling.
Dave refers to them as "Spider Sunglows!"

Best of luck to you all in the coming season.

He definitely has the rich color I look for.

Here is my 2002 DH Sunglow and the baby she produced...you can tell where the thin saddles are from...hehehe. She has been a joy to work with.
