Well, on wednesday midnight i placed an order trhough paypal to turtle town, so i thought the turtle would ship out thursday get here friday, that wasnt the case... im wodneirng if theyve gotten my order yet, turtle town that is. I sent an email on monday just makings ur ethe turtle was in stock and whatnot, so i never got a repsonse, so i just ordered anyways, because the turtle was listed as being available. But i still havent gotten an email repsonse, so i sent out another email this afternoon (friday) to ask about the order status. Just wondering if anyone has ordered form turtle town, and how long it took for them to ship the turtle out, im getting rather anxious for the little guy.

Turtle Town is a good supplier. I'd call them directly. In my opinion, none of the herp suppliers are all that effective through their website options.

Call them up. Ask questions. Get answers.

When I ordered my turtles from Turtle-Town, I e-mailed them as to what I wanted, Shawn e-mailed me cofirming availability and gave me my options for payment, when I made payment, Shawn sent me an e-mail receipt, and then we set up delivery.
I've found that it usually takes Shawn at least 2 days to return e-mails. He probably gets hundreds every day.
I ordered 3 Eastern Painted Turtles, 1 only lasted 3 weeks, but the other 2 are doing very well, as are the 2 Miss. Maps I got from him.

I've not ordered from Turtle Town, but have never heard any bad reports about them.
Turtle Town most likely ships ONLY on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that no shipment gets stuck somewhere on the weekends.

I'd suggest, as above, calling them to verify they received your order. Request tracking number via whichever carrier is used.
Then you'll know exactly where the shipment is!

I agree. Most people will only ship at the beginning of the week just in case something goes wrong and the delivery is held up. Most places will not deliver on Sat or Sun, and this would add too many days if the package is delayed.
