Need help with my ball python

my ball python just got done shedding and he's eyes are still covered. I tryed soaking him in water but that did not help is there anything else I can do, for he's eyes please help me!

Dry off his eyes and then gently stick a piece of scotch tape to the eyecap and peel very carefully. This should lift the stubborn cap right off. Do not let the tape stick to any areas that have already shed!

If this does not work, I'd suggest just waiting until the next shed and really raising humidity. Most likely both layers of caps will come off.
