Rudis chameleon

Do rudis chameleons prefer a larger cage say 4 feet tall, 2 feet wide, and 2 feet deep with little vegetation and lots of branches. Or do you think that they would like a smaller cage, 30 inches tall, 30 inches long, and 16 inches deep with lots of plants? PLEASE REPLY!!!!
