I don't understand your question well but
ornatus=pink
niloticus=purple
I along with others can probly tell you which it is you have. There are other tells that give it away then just counting rows of spots, and tongue color.
i had two ornates once, supposedly from the same clutch. both had the five bands but one had a purple tongue and the other had a pink tongue. i still assumed as did everyone i knew that they were both ornate. the one with the purple tongue also grew to be longer and thinner than with the one with the pink tongue. still both had the distinctive ornate blunt snout and were both much heavier bodied than a common nile.
