New Breeder Wannabe.....Is this a good recipe

Hello,

I want to give breeding a shot but just want to work into in slowly. I want to get a really nice pastel male and 4 nice, average normal females. All would be 2005 babies.

Does this sound like a good way to get a taste of breeding. I don't care about making money I just want to give it a shot.

If you're in no hurry and just want to do it for kicks it sounds great. Personally I would try and buy some cb 04's for him in the future but again that's a personal preference. Even if prices drop, you will make back your investment if even only 1 of the 4 throw good eggs.
