A small price to pay for having one of the best reptile climates in the country. Beats the heck out of having to house all the critters indoors for 8 months of the year and paying the $$$ winter electrical bills.

Yeah, but the thought of have stuff shreaded and blown away is not easy to swallow. But I am not complaining. We all have natural disasters to worry about one way or another. Atleast we here know when one's comming and have some time to get "ready."

We made out okay. The storm missed us by a hair down in the keys and the most we had here was 40 MPH winds and some rain. Hopefully it will be the last one for the season.

Glad to know you are A OK. Let's hope that Galveston does not get lashed too badly. I am not sure which is better, worring about every hurricane that passes ? or not being able to worry, such as with earthquakes.
