It doesnt look close to this (no offense) seemingly doctored (which could be unintentional, some cameras simply over emphasize certain things automaticly) picture of one of your hypos.

Using a single color sheet is really bad as a background in my opinion (photography is a hobby of mine that I take seriously). It would be really nice if you could get a decent picture of one of your more upper end hypos (like the one below) in an accurate lighting scenario.

Ask yourself one question. Why would I continue with the headache of answering these questions over and over when I have plenty of other high end animals making me money.I have offered not a single animal from this line so what do I have to gain but more headaches . Those that want to be cynical thats your right . Those who know ,know and thats their right as well . The older animals did muddy up a bit after 2.5 years and I am not satisfied with posting pics of them as thats not the truest representation of what will come forth . Do you think Vin wanted to put the original animal on his site because it was doctored ?come on .I was recently approached about the original male being published in a book to be out soon and it will be in the pages . Ive stated the way the color came in and has in other animals from this line many times over . I am now in the process of selectively breeding for the best colors possible and proving out the Chain and this is a work in progress . If the bloodred sunglow didnt make an impact nothing will . I have done my best to answer this in a kind and tactful manner and is absolutely the last rendition of kingsnakes "believe it or not" concerning the bbrh. Have a nice Day >Darrin

from your bloodline.

Take Care

I like both snakes in the 2 pics.
I don't think Ryan was saying anything negative about either, just the pic... I sure know what it's like to struggle behind the lens .
I know that you are a quality , honest individual that would never try to be deceptive.
Your animals certainly do it for me.
Maybe you should just give them all to me & I will try to photograph them, though not as well as Ryan would.
Have a great night, Jeff

I'm certainly not even close to being a decent photographer but I would never misrepresent an animal in any shape or form, all that could do for me would be long term harm to the name I have spent so many years building . I know the original pic isn't the greatest and I certainly didn't have the skills or very good equipment at the time . But I can guarantee the animals color was represented correctly . I hope my reply did not come across as hostile as it was not intended in that manner . I seek to have not only customers but friends in the business . If anything I wrote was volatile I certainly do apologize .

keep proving over & over again what a quality individual you are
I still think that the snakes should come live with me!
I promise to send graduation pics, or at least let Ryan come & do it

trek for a photo session !!

No worries Darrin. You logic sounds straight to me... cant wait to see more amazing animals from you in the future.

Can't we just get a picture of you OR someone holding that beautifully RED saturated snake??? I saved one of your pix just for fun, brought it up in photoshop also for fun, turned up the saturation level on the picture and turned that not so extraordinary salmon you have posted into something that looks quite like the RED one without altering the aqua background color much, which might I add is much less intense in the Brasher Sib picture. I think a picture of someone holding that beautiful red snake would PROVE you have an AMAZING line of animals you're working with... Once I see that, I'd like to be put on the list of buyers that I'm sure is already very long...

Anything other than on a monotone backgrouind. REally, Im not trying to discredit you, but your pics leave alot to be desired for someone touting such wonderful creatures.

What is the price on those red dipped wonders?
