My vet gave me that same website about 6 months ago and I haven't ordered any other media since. I was purchasing cultures from my local frog guy and the cultures yeilded a decent amount of flies, but using the media FFspecialties has about doubled my culture size, and I havent had any hassles at all as far as ordering. So I say go for it. Anthony.
