sexing and breeding fire belly newts?

Mine bred without me doing anything, but its very helpful to keep the air and water as cool as you can. We had the window open all winter, so that really helped. You'll notice that if you keep foliage in there, plastic or real, that some leaves may be bent over. Inside those leaves will be eggs. I never got to catch my males courting the females, but I was happily surprised to get babies.
