You need to get a permit in CA to sell native CA animals, and you need to be able to prove they're CB...

I guess if it's not an albino you can't sell it know matter what designer morp it is right?
CA state Fish and Game has some odd rules. I think that Cal kings (even normals) and Gopher snakes stand out in that they can be sold under some specific conditions. I don't remember exactly what those conditions are, so I strongly recommend checking out their website and maybe emailing them if something isn't clear.
