My red tegu

Hi everyone!
I whent and bought a red tegu,I am building a outside pen for him in the summer.Could anyone give me directions for this?He is a baby now...And can they be leashed trained?He is REALLY tame..I cant keep him in my room because Kiwi(My green iggy) gets jealous...I will bring him in on cold nights..
