Bok-Choy

asia2003 Sep 22, 2005 07:59 AM

Hi All,

I was wondering if any of you have fed/do feed your igs Bok-Choy?? The reason I ask is that I have a uromastyx that loves it, and so I have an abundance of the stuff and am growing it this season. I havent tried it out with morphee yet though, as I didnt have any info as to the positives/negatives.

Thanks in advance...

hello,
yes you can feed your ig Bok choy, but not often. more as just a variety to the regular dark greens. You can mix it in once a week for variety but you don't want to feed it too often because it doesn't provide as much calcium as the dark greens do like collard, mustard greens and kale.
