Looking for new feeder supplier

Carmichael Sep 22, 2005 11:43 AM

For many years, we have purchased all of our feeder animals from rodentpro.com. I have always been happy with their quality and customer service (and still am to some degree). BUT, they have apparently grown in their customer base so much that they now cannot fill orders in a timely basis (and we are a VERY GOOD customer). I am now forced to look at alternative vendors. Can anyone recommend HIGH QUALITY feeder suppliers?

Many thanks,

Hey Mr. Carmichael,

Not sure if you have ever done business with them or not, but I know of a guy in texas, Chris Dieter who wrote the book, "The ultimate guide to crocodilians in captivity". He says that he purchases from "Big Cheese Rodent Factory" and he likes their service. I am not sure if you have tried them, but I know they advertise here on kingsnake.com as well.

Just a thought....Hope it helps!

Hello;

I've just received a shipment from peticebox.com. They are packed great and feeders are high quality. This is my third shipment from them and I order a lot. They are a bit more expensive than rodent pro but they charge less for shipping so it kinda evens out.

Try contacting them.

I have been using Big Cheese for a couple years now. They do a good job of packaging and the quantity pricing is hard to beat. Unfortunatly they are having a rat shortage at the moment. From what I've heard this is normal with the industry right now. I would highly recomend them.
