Dr Dragon, the dragon we sent to college (Photo's in the class)

CheriS Sep 23, 2005 09:09 PM

This is the dragon that came into us several month ago as a surrender and that we sent to college..

Here he is doing fecal checks.. notice how he pays close attention to the teacher talking... he needs to learn this as many baby dragons suffer with parasites from stress and need care

And here he is checking out the liver, since he knows this is the number one area on adult dragon that have a problem due to Fatty Liver. He does not have a dragon model, so he has to use the class one of humans... It's a tough life!

Actually, this is Relic, and he did go to Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He lives at the University and is a part of their Award Winning Herp display program.

How cute. He studies so hard. I am sure he is the top of his class. What type of degree is he working for? It is nice to know he is part of a university program. Thanks for sharing.

LOLOL I love the picture! He looks so much like my Zilla! I am an elementary principal. Last week I took Zilla to school. He spent most of the day basking under my desk lamp. (I also have a regular dragon setup for him.) People would walk in my office and notice him after a while and say "is that real?" I also walked around the school with him on my shoulder. I feel like an ambassador for the reptile world! LOL Hooray for professional working dragons! LOL
