Snakes in FL???

why can't I find any snakes in FL? I've found some skin but that's about it. where in miami can I find some snakes?

Dunno,

Spousal unit and I lived in an apartment complex while looking for a house when we first moved here. There was a lot of constuction going on so maybe that had them on the move. Just in the immediate area we found: Nerodia, Diadophus, Regina, Thamnophis, Agkistrodon and others. Seems to be no shortage here in the St Pete area.
