i herd that you can feed bds spring mix by dole so i bough the stop and shop on(couldnt find dole) is it ok to feed to my beaded dragons

Depends what is in the mix. Stay away from ones that have alot of leaf lettace or iceburg lettace, spinach or kale. None of these items are good for your dragon for several reasons. Good greens are endive, escaroli, collard greens, mustard greens, turnup greens, dandelion greens and other dark leafy greens. A good place to check for nutritional info on various greens and vegetables for bearded dragons is:
