Hey guys, some of you may know me as Bobby The Herper on reptic but I've decided not to post there anymore. Anyway I got back recently from a small local reptile show. East Bay Vivarium was there and they had newborn captive bred babies there for $100. So I picked up a baby female and held her for half an hour while talking to the guy about anacondas, monitors, and other various things. I was very surprised by her behavior. She was very inquisitive, yet showed no signs of aggresion. She looks to be in perfect condition. I will be feeding her a F/T rat pup tomorrow. Hopefully she'll take it. They said all the anacondas had been feeding on both live and F/T but we'll see. Sorry no pics guys, but I will try to eventually get some up by the end of the year lol. Kelly, how's your female cming along? I'm still waiting for my male! lol

Finally got a yellow!

She ate for me today. She took it while still clinging to my hand and got it down pretty fast.
I remember when I first bought my Little yellow!!! she was Only about 20 inches, but ate very eagerly!! That was 5.5 years ago and she is now about nine feet and still very docile and an absolute joy to own!!!
Ya, she's great. Shes eaten F/T twice for me already and has never offered to strike at me.
