Variations on Bullseyes. PICs

Jeff Clark Sep 25, 2005 11:31 PM

...Were we talking about Bullseyes? Complete perfect bullseyes one after another on a BRB are not too common. I think we are lucky when we get BRBs that have at least a few or even a few not quite perfect bullseyes.

This last one does not have what are usually called Bbullseyes. This is one of the abberant BRBs from Gary Walsh's 2002 litter. The snake has open odd shaped bullseye like markings all along it's sides. I have a sister of this snake that is more colorful but less abberant and the markings on the sides are a little more rounded and bullseye looking. I will try to shoot a new PIC of that snake soon.

I lost this snake several years ago due to a heater malfunction. The snake was produced by Tom Davis in Davie Florida. This is the best bullseyed BRB I have ever seen. I have a brother of this snake from the same litter that had pretty nice bullseyes but they have faded over the years.

This bullseye was purchased from Jeff Clark last summer.

Xerxes,
...I am still kicking myself for selling that one to you. It looks like it is living the good life there with you. I have several of this years babies that have a couple of bullseyes and I am trying to decide which to keep and which to sell.

This snake was one of my 2004 babies. She does not have bullseyes but she does have an interesting variation on the bright markings on her sides. I am hoping this snake will turn more colorful with time and make the different markings more striking looking.

This snake is the other female I have from Gary Walsh's 2002 litter. Her pattern is less abberant than her sister's but she is much brighter orange colored. At least one other snake from the same litter is out there and looks a lot like this snake.
