I'm familiar with prolapses in Chondros but never a Ball Python. I would get it to a vet asap. In the mean time, keep it on a moist paper towel and keep it moist.

you sure it isn't one of his hemi-penes hanging out?.......

.......is it a loop or just a long thing?

is it red?

is it rubbed dry on the bottom?

Apply liberaly and do not let the prolapse dry out. Most of the time this will cause the prolapse to retract. If you feel comfortable enough you can gently, and I repeat gently, re-insert it with you finger and gentle pressure. Either way you need to get to a Vet asap to determine the underlying cause and to repair it. The Vet may want to put in a suture called a purse string stitch that will be removed in a week or so.

For the next few months feed small meals and give her exercise to rebuild the muscle tone needed to control the sphincter.

Keep the meals small so the BM is small and won't tear out everything you just fixed.
