Rough green snake

Hey everyone!

I had me two little rough green snakes born this spring!There about 14 inches right now,and may I say there adorable!The momma is 26 inches and the dad is 18 inches....I am hoping for 2 females..There so tame,they eat moths and crickets straight from my hand!

well that is great! you wouldn't happen to live in the phoenix,az area would you? my frined bought one at a petstore in flagstaff and it end up dying. probably WC. she would like another one but i'm trying to find her a CB one.

Hi,
No sorry I am in central,Louisiana.I am gonna start breeding these awesome little snakes though.

I caught these babies dad out of the wild..He eats from my hand too.I can put him around my neck or rist and he just hangs out.Very,very gentle snakes..

If yall need any more info on the neat snakes let me know.
Oh yeah,what is the snake acting like?

are you talking about my friends? it has died. it was hiding alot but karen says it was a neat little thing. she only saw it eat a cricket once. she said its abdomen area looked weird when they found it dead so we think it had parasites.

Oh sorry to hear that...I have never seen that in rough green snakes...Probally was parasites..
