I know she isnt hsedding rights its coming off in pieces so im helping her with that sokaing in warm water rubbing it off etc. But i noticed this coming out of (his or her not sure) anus. I have no clue so please help

well your picture makes it impossible to see what you are talking about but I think I can guess. Sometimes when snakes shed there will be some blood, I have been told it is normal and does no real damage. more like an irritation from the shedding process. I have this happen to both males and females, freaked me out the first time too.

no there is something protruding it almost kinda looks like a fern if u understand what imtrying to get across this pics blurry to but might help if i wake up tomorrow and its the same im just gonna take it ot the pet store after school

Maybe it's an inverted hemipene? Good call on the vet, either way.

Your pictures are so bad that it's really hard to tell what if anything is wrong with your snake?? That being said - vets all have thier own fees for everything - even a simple vet visit can vary from vet to vet - most will be happy to work out a payment plan for you if you are unable to pay the full amount up front.
