ok,i know what albinos are but i'm having a little trouble figuring out some of the other morphs i.e. axanthic,anerthristic,ect.does anyone know of a website that has a glossary for terms like this?also there is a little confusion over the myriad of "trade names"like 5 different types of snake for the listing for "bubblegum corn"-mostly in corn snakes and ball pythons.a lot of the "morphs" ball pythons just look like regular p. regius.

Axanthic = no yellow coloration. Colored in shaded of gray, usually.

Anerythristic = no red coloration (sometimes used when axanthic would be more fitting). Colored in shades of gray, usually.

Asking around on the individual forums for good web sites is probably the best idea. For corn snakes, I'd go to [bleep].com. For ball pythons, try newenglandreptiledistributors.com or ballpython.com. I won't claim that these are the only web sites or necessarily the best, though. And there are some files here on kingsnake.com that you ought to look at.

Some morphs have fairly subtle differences from normal, and others have pretty obvious differences. Each to his own preference.
