I have both and like both, but in my experience (from my small collection), my corns are much easier to handle - a little wiggly when young but calm down nicely. My Pueblan is a gorgeous snake, but flings crap everywhere whenever she is handled. She calms down quickly, but that is after me and anyone near me has been doused. My hypos and sinoloans are equally as jumpy, but haven't actually flung pooh at me yet, although my male hypo will and does bite when he feels the need. They are all fairly young though and I am told that they will most likely calm down with age although Pueblans seem to have a reputation for remaining reluctant to be handled. Mine has gotten better though with age although the pooh ritual remains.
