we got a late start its around 5 hours from home, had a critter sitter to feed
my nine others while we were gone. she rode on my chest until dark and then
slept in her critter keeper for the ride....set up her reptarium and and all and we went to sleep, we arrived like l2:30am.....
there were 30 family memmbers in all staying in the area, 8 in our house (four of there her humans)
everyone fell in love with her,my only problem was the central air and the other members of the family being from florida being very
used to a very cold house, so i covered the reptarium at nite with a light quilt and got a human heating pad and set it on low and she choose to
sleep on that (smart dragon!). I got her out in the sun a bit too!
the ride home was during the day and she rode most of the way home on my chest looking out the window catching rays or in her critter keeper.
She was much easier than a child or a dog thats for sure! Im not sure If I would bring her again, just because It was more for me than for her (selfish I know)
But she got lots of gentle love and attention and is so funny since we got home and had alot of husbandry to do on the nine others, I could tell she was mad that she
was not "out" with us.....
Thanks for reading if you got this far...... will post pics later....
