I'd say that the various North American rat snakes, garter snakes, king/milk snakes, and pine/bull/gopher snakes are all fairly easy to breed. Ball pythons, boa constrictors, and Burmese pythons aren't too tough either, by the number being produced. What species do you like?
Paul Hollander
Would have to agree with Paul on this one, it shouldn't be a question of which is easier but more so about which ones you like the most and practice at it, research it, to get a return product your happy with.
You might want to check out african house snakes. They are interesting captives, and breed very easily. What snakes do you have now? You may want to invest in a mate for an existing snake in your collection.
I really liked my kenyan sand boa, and ultimately bought a male and another female with the goal of breeding them. He's been busy, and the girls have both dropped litters. I didn't mind waiting several years for the juveniles to mature sexually.
Your timeline is something to consider. Do you want to breed next season (buy proven adults) or do you want to raise your breeders up from babies? If you choose the latter, it takes longer for some species to reach sexual maturity than others. Researching your choices, including what you will do with the offspring, is a cornerstone to achieving your goal. Best of luck!
