I have and AWD that I have had for nearly 2 years and has been doing great up until about 2 weeks ago. I recently moved my lizard to another terrium that is 3'6" by 3', with proper lighting, a heat rock, water tub, etc. and he had been doing extremely well. I had been feeding him adult crickets, super worms, and frozen pinkies (thawed of course). He stopped eating the Superworms first, but would eat the pinkies down in a matter or minutes (after I left the room). I haven't been able to feed crickets due to them escaping from his enclosure, drowning in his water, and having a hard time keeping them alive. Now, he just lies around, I can pick him up and hold him without him squirming, he looks as if he's lost weight, and has no desire to eat. Could it be he's too cold? Needs food to chase? is he trying to hibernate? (hes now next to a window when he wasn't before) Stress? he's lower than before. I also have 2 baby beardies and to make the best use of my space was to built one cage above the other. Any suggestions?
Thanks TMS
