Homemade food recipes - post 'em here!

Hello all - I've read lots of people put on here the things they feed their geckos, but was wondering if anyone would share the exact recipe for their most popular mixes.

Personally I would love to be able to make some things for my geckos and it would be fun to follow some tried and true mixtures. What would be useful would be measurements of all the stuff that you use for your mixture, how many geckos you feed with it and how you store the leftovers.

I can't wait to hear from you all - although I'm not sure my family is going to want to be in the kitchen when I start 'cooking' - HA!
