Handleable Gecko?

howitser Sep 27, 2005 08:12 PM

I'm looking for a new gecko, but would like one that is more open to being held/handled. I've got 2 cresteds that just don't seem to like it! The pet stores near me have a neat Tokay (yeah, I know it hates handling) and another has a Malaysian Golden. Any thought on them, or maybe another type of gecko to find at a show?

Thanks!

Howie

most crested geckos will tame down once they hit about an 8-10 month time period and will take to handling much better. neither of the two that you posted will likely ever be handleable. i've only ever held one tame tokay, but the other i had was a huge a**
