dwarf retic help plz

ec2188 Sep 27, 2005 11:44 PM

Hi, I'm new to owning moderately large snakes and i was wondering what type/size enclosure would be good for holding an adult male dwarf jampea retic? The snake i'm considering right now is about 7' long and pretty much fully grown. Help would be appreciated.

Oh and i'm also looking into a similarly sized carpet python.

You wouldn't happen to be ordering from LLLReptile would you? Noticed they've had those two for quite a while. Well even dwarf retics get pretty big...I've heard of males reaching 12 feet plus. So for a fullsized dwarf, I would say at least a 6 foot long. And for the carpet python, they can usually make do with a four foot just as long as they have some room to climb. Good luck.
