being busy and eggs

jeune18 Sep 28, 2005 07:04 PM

if i even began telling you all about my life, i think you would cry for me but between work, work, school, lizards and dog sitting (and the dog is in heat and i am so not happy about that) and tracking down professors, ankle exercises and packing, well i am lucky if i get to read the forum, let alone post. i have been keeping the camera by the lizards and have some cute shots, just need to get them uploaded and resized.

anyway i came home today and gertie had laid three eggs. nice white shells and big pink spots i laid them all pink spot up so i will see if doing that continues with me having more success at hatching time. and to make things even better, the little ones will be hatching right before my big drive across the country so it might be me, my dad and 12 lizards in an escort

She is beautiful, Vonnie. I can't remember if Don sent you a lizard or if it was someone else. Looks like a girl we collected on our last trip.

i got her from don like last february or march and i think he told me she was wild caught. she is very sweet though and that was her third clutch this season, hopefully the last! if she lays anymore then that will make me have to transport eggs or find someone to hatch them

She is very pretty. She looks a whole lot like a girl I used to have named June (who came from Dr. Jones). I like her looks
