if im not mistaken. the females have femoral pores. it secretes a waxy substance. its in a v-shape along the inner thighs. you have to hold your gecko upside down. im pretty sure its the females.

It's the Males that have the v-shaped pore line. Here is a link with pics showing the difference:

The reply post is incorrect. The MALES have the V line of femoral pores just before the vent. These pores are easily seen. The males produce the waxy secretion. The females still have the femoral pores however they are almost invisable. One more distinction is that the males have two bulges at the base of the tail. These are the hemipenal bulges. Females lack these. Here is a link for the picture:
