I hope this is appropriate to post here, as I am NOT trying to sell anything. I have two garter snakes that are in need of a new home due to a family change. I am posting here because I would like them to go to someone who has a true interest in Garters (as I do) and not to someone who wants a cheap snake or something to feed to their Kings. They are my only two snakes and I will be sad to see them go.
Both of them were bought at shows. Not sure of their origin.
One is I believe a male Western Terrestrial. He is small. Eats FT pinkies, fish, worms, he would probably eat anything you put in front of him. I've had him for about 5 years.
The other is an adult female Florida Blue (sirtalis). Very pretty. Also eats FT pinkies, fish and worms. I've had her about 1 1/2 years.
Again, I am not interested in any money for these snakes. Just a good home with someone who appreciates Garter snakes. I have never shipped snakes so I would prefer for someone to pick them up. I am located in West Chester, PA.
If this is NOT an appropriate post here, I would greatly appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
