Some blood after shedding

My BP shed its skin while I was away and I found some small drops of blood on the paper towels. There was some dried blood on the shedded skin near the cloaca. The cloaca on the Python looks clean and normal.

Is this anything to worry about?

i've seen this before with my female spider. it never amounted to anything she's eating and growing like a weed so didn't pay it much attention..
