Yes, I am going to a vet ASAP, but please help me identify this!

I've had this young JCP for only a month. I noticed a VERY small (like two scales) bump like this on him, and figured I would wait until he shed to see if it was gone. Two days ago I fed him (thawed fuzzy), and today I come home and find this on him. I've had him in a tupperware shoebox for the time being, and was trying to keep it dry as it gets too humid in there. I figured if anything, something like this would result from too much humidity! I'm going to schedule a vet appointment for my next day off, but in the meantime can someone please help me identify this problem so I can correct it, if caused by environmental factors?

Thanks in advance!

Happened a little over a year ago... I was keeping the cage way too humid. If I remember right, the vet was telling me that conditions too dry can do this as well... I would try a good 60% in the interim to the vet, heat him up pretty good, like 92 degrees, .. and oh yes, if you can provide him with some natural sunlight, that is good.. make sure he doesn't overheat though, it's hot out there...
Good luck
Cori,
PS If he is still eating that is sort of good!
